Certification of Mobile Homes under the CSA A277 Program and conforming to the CSA Z240 MH series.

Homes are Single Family Dwellings comprised of Single Wide Sections in Single Storey Configuration.

Structural: Conventional wood frame construction.

Electrical Rating: 120/240V, 60Hz, 50A max.

Fuel Used: Electric/Natural Gas/Propane - refer to appliance nameplate and caution plate.

Plumbing: Conventional Drainage and Vent Systems to a maximum of 180 hydraulic fixture units

Notes:

1. Interconnection of modules where applicable, completion of electrical, plumbing and structural systems and connection to services must be finished on site as specified in manufacturer's set-up instructions.

2. All heating appliances must be factory installed as per certified manufacturers' instructions.
